98 TIPS ON HOW TO STAY BEAUTIFUL (FOR WOMEN)




1. Remember that wheatgerm is packed with Vitamin E. Blend egg yolk and use as an anti-wrinkle masque.

2. Do something different for a healthy, glowing skin once a week at least. Use brewer’s yeast mixed with water as a stimulating masque.

3. Have a quick shower twice daily, every day of the week; but for special effects, have along bath with a cupful of fine oatmeal in the water. It softens skin.
